- AI-powered coaching conversations (Coach Chat)
- AI-generated personal insights (Inner Landscape)
Saraha Mind is designed for general wellness and habit support. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you need professional support, we encourage you to seek appropriate help from a qualified healthcare provider.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.
4. User Accounts
4.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4.3 Account Deletion

You agree not to use the App to:
- Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory
- Violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
- Attempt to exploit, manipulate, or circumvent the AI systems
- Share false, misleading, or fraudulent information
6. Subscriptions and Payments
6.1 Subscription Plans
Saraha Mind offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscription options and pricing are available within the App.
6.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented to you at the time of purchase.
6.3 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store account settings.
6.4 Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or the Apple App Store's policies.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
Your journal entries remain private and encrypted. AI processes your content only to deliver the features you use — no human ever reads your entries or conversations. You can delete your data at any time.

The App uses artificial intelligence to provide coaching responses and personal insights. This content is for general wellness and self-reflection purposes only.
8.2 Not Professional Advice
AI-generated content does not constitute professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Saraha Mind is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. 8.3 Accuracy
While we strive for helpful and relevant responses, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. We make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of this information.
9. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Saraha Mind and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9.2 Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App's code or content
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the App's name, logo, or trademarks without permission
- Create derivative works based on the App
10. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services (such as Apple Sign In, RevenueCat, and Supabase). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. AI processing is provided via OpenAI under their data processing terms.
11. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
